Our 3-night stay at the property was overall ok with a few unexpected cons. The apartment was clean (except for a stained sofa) and centrally located in a safe area of the city with plenty of cafes nearby. That was the biggest plus. We didn’t receive check-in manual and property guidelines in a timely manner and the property guide manual should definitely be improved. Nowhere in the guidelines it was listed that in order to get fresh towels we need to contact the management well ahead of time and pay additional €15 per fresh towel set plus €35 delivery fee. Since there’s no concierge at the property, communication is via email and WhatsApp with a lag in receiving timely responses. There was no visible way of turning on ventilation in the bathroom with an assurance from the management to send a technician on the day of our checking out. The pillows were pancake thin with no additional pillow options at the apartment. The property has a potential of being so much better with a few conveniences and considerations put in place.

First of all, the service was excellent! Everyone was very kind, and the location is fantastic and very central. As a small suggestion, it would be nice to have blankets or bedspreads available for each bed, as well as enough coffee pods based on the number of guests and the length of the stay. We ended up running a little short on coffee. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and really appreciated the hospitality!
