We also booked the wine blending experience, which was a must do!! Our guide, Sofia, was knowledgeable and super friendly! The stafff were incredibly efficient and always so kind. I did book a massage at their spa, and that would be my only complaint...it wasn't relaxing, so I didn't really enjoy it. Overall, I would definitely recommend this...

"The property was excellent. Staff were helpful. Check-In was quick. Location walking distance from the pier and the Sao Bento station was approx 1.5 km so not bad. Breakfast was very good also and a with a lot of options. Gym looked fairly good and big, however, did not use it. Rooms were fairly big. Overall excellent stay for us. The safe deposit box was locked and we really decided to not use it."

Walking distance to most sights, including the funicular and the ferry to cross the river or to the Dom Luis I bridge to walk across. Staff were great at the front desk and in the bar - especially Luis and Ricardo. Didn’t have breakfast, chose to grab food at Alice down the hill but ate at the bar a couple times and the food was better than your average bar food, especially the vegetable soupand the breaded green beans. ."

"We need to wait long for the staff to deliver the toilet paper, and we couldn’t use the swimming pool (has to be booked before arrival). Other thing is we couldn’t walk easily to the waterfront or going to where the restaurant/shops were, we have to call Uber every time and walk to the road from the hotel to wait for our Uber to pick us up. The hotel is great only if you have a car. Hotel was nice, clean and we enjoyed the view of Porto from our balcony, food was great too."
