You may access any space inside the house other than the locked supply closet. This home has an electronic lock on the front door. A bright and unique home built in the 1830s remodelled into an aesthetically pleasing space with a blend of vintage furnishings and eclectic accents throughout the cottage. There is an open plan arrangement that houses the bedroom area, living area, and dining area. The striking quaint living area provides a comfortable space to relax and entertain and is furnished with a 3-seater sofa, occasional chair, as well as a smart TV. Adjacent to the living space is the bedroom with a comfy four-poster bed. Linen is provided and a ceiling fan cools the room when required. Wide and tall windows flood the dining area with natural light and the 4-seater dining table offers a formal dining space. A quirky pocket door leads to a refreshing full bathroom with a shower and toilet. The home boasts of a fully equipped kitchen with all essential appliances and utensils. The mint kitchen also provides complimentary condiments. The cottage exterior features a swimming pool and a fire-pit which are available for guests’ use. This peaceful retreat conformably sleeps four. There were no baking pans, only one wash cloth, no hand soap, and the coffee filters were too shallow (and therefore, let coffee grounds into the pot)—all very small things that weren’t worth getting the manager to fix for a 2 night stay, but all a bit annoying. I didn’t realize that the living room/bedroom were the same room, which may have been my oversight. It meant that we had to put the baby’s pack and play in the closet so as not to wake her when we were still awake. Cozy combined living/dining/bedroom with separate kitchen and bathroom. Host was extremely responsive for the minor maintenance items that came up over our extended stay. The laundry washer-dryer combo was a bit under-powered for the longer stay, but was workable. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and the bed was comfortable. My wife, baby, and both dogs enjoyed the days here and appreciated all the outdoor space on the property. The owners even invited us to the multi-property Christmas party they were holding near the end of our stay which we couldn't attend due to previous plans, but shows how friendly and kind the hosts/maintenance team are here.
