The rooms are lovely but they have no self catering equipment in the kitchens despite having a kitchen. Large bathroom and comfy beds including the sofa bed. Only 2 loungers in the balcony even though we were three but I guess not a major issue if you use the beach. Bathroom towels on the small side the beach towels are better size and quality. Pool is small not heated and in the first floor, 10 loungers around it all in the shade. Loungers are not the most luxurious. Relaxation area has 2 beds and whilst children under 14 not supposed to use there was a young child on one of the beds and another in the sauna whilst we used it. Small gym. Staff were lovely and breakfast was good. Ate in both restaurants and food was lovely. Personally I would not say it’s a five star hotel, facilities are minimal, pool area is not big, however it’s a good hotel. We stayed at a very good price I’d have been disappointed if we paid full price.

Keider gab es während unseres Aufenthalts einige Mängel in der Unterkunft, mit denen wir nicht zufrieden waren. Dazu gehörten unter anderem Ameisen in der Küche, die unser Essen befallen haben, sowie Ameisen im Schlafzimmer und sogar im Bett. Das vorhandene Ameisengift war nahezu leer, weshalb wir davon ausgehen, dass das Problem bereits bekannt war. Außerdem liefen die Abflüsse in den Waschbecken nicht richtig ab, die Dusche war teilweise verschimmelt und die Badezimmer sowie die Betten waren nicht sauber. Die Matratzen hatten zudem große Flecken. Auch die Küchenausstattung war mangelhaft, da Messer stumpf und Pfannen teilweise kaputt waren. Hinzu kamen kaputte Fenster, durch die es bei Wind sehr laut war und gezogen hat, sowie starke Verschmutzungen an der Wand unter der Klimaanlage. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war hingegen einwandfrei. Der Check-In war einfach und uns wurden Aktivitäten in der Nähe empfohlen.
