Our stay at Hotel Zeta was one of the highlights of our trip. The hotel was lovely, the location was great, and our family suite was beautiful, clean, and had an incredible view. But what I’ll remember most is how the staff treated my mother and me. We were there for my mother’s birthday, and they helped me plan a surprise for her. They helped me order flowers and coordinated everything so it would be ready while we were out. They also sent complimentary champagne and gave us a discount on a spa service. They put real care into making her feel special, and seeing how happy she was meant so much to me. Everyone we met was kind, attentive, and quick to help with anything we needed. The Russian-speaking staff made my mother feel especially comfortable. We felt welcomed and at home throughout our stay. Zeta set the bar so high that the places we stayed afterward had a lot to live up to. I would absolutely recommend the family suite, and we would love to return. The only tiny hiccup was that YouTube on the TV didn’t work very well with Android; connecting with an iPhone seemed easier. It didn’t affect how wonderful our stay was.

Very nice hotel by the beach. We had a one bedroom apartment with balcony overlooking the see. Infinity pool is beautiful. Good breakfast. One thing that was a little bit of a shame is that while the apartment is well equipped with fridge, stove, oven... we re not allowed to cook there and there are no utensils anyway... Otherwise great experience.

Everything was perfect in every way. Super staff and service! Highly recommend
