“I strongly do NOT recommend this property.
I booked a “Comfort Suite” based on the photos and description, but the actual apartment was completely different and far below the advertised standard. This is clearly misleading to customers.
The apartment was in unacceptable hygienic condition: dirty used bedding with hair, damaged sheets, dirty furniture and empty alcohol bottles left in the room.

“We had a fantastic 5-day stay at The Cyrus Hotel in Wroclaw. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived.
The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully appointed, with a really comfortable bed and a great shower that added a touch of luxury to our stay. The triple-glazed bedroom windows ensured a peaceful night’s sleep throughout.
