Beach was super close and clean but lots of pot smell so would be worth it if that bothers you to drive to West beach inside the dunes national park. Super clean there and pretty as well. "The house was beautiful. We had 23 people and everyone had a place to sleep (with the air mattresses). The private beach was perfect although the walk was a little further than I had anticipated. The house was very fully stocked with kitchen items, beach items, linens, and everyday items. The outdoor area was very nice. We used the gas fireplace every night. The property manager was quick to call me back with any needs I had. One of the air conditioners was out but they sent someone out right...

"In general nice property, quiet neighborhood. We had two families with one child each and it was a little tight on space and managing with one bathroom however not the properties fault we know better next time we need more space. The proximity to the beach was nice and a selling point. House did not have a lot of games or laundry detergent/extra trash bags so I would pack a few if booking. The management company was quick to respond and accommodated our requests."
