The rating read 7.2 and good. But it’s old, dirty old carpeting, stinky musty room, bathroom shower didn’t drain. The bed was comfortable and slept well. I probably wouldn’t complain if it cost what it’s worth but it was overpriced.

The front desk individual was happy to see us and very professional. That was the only positive experience in this stay. The lobby furniture was dirty and stained. Once we got to the room the tile floor in the entry way & bathroom was sticky and filthy. The a/c filters have not been cleaned or change and the room smelled. Finally the guests upstairs bounced balls and stomped around until 3:30am. Worst night to have when you’re traveling and already tired.

There is a large safety concern regarding slippage in the bathtub. I had run the shower just prior to entering the tub. My right foot immediately slid out after coming in contact with the tub bottom which caused my left leg to slam into the tub's top. If I had not held on the safety bar a much more serious injury would have occured. The contact with the tub caused a large area of swelling and bruising. I suggest either a non-slip bath mat be provided or non-slip appliques installed for the tub. Towels and washcloths provided were very rough and felt like sandpaper on the skin. The iron for the room was missing. Upon check out the next morning we relayed the short comings to the individual at the desk who stated that she will look into the tub issue, and knew nothing about the missing iron (said it could have been stolen?) Isn't housekeeping responsible for reporting missing items from a room?? Would not recommend this particular Quality Inn.
