"I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel is in a perfect location, friendly staff, and I loved the non-carpeted spacious room with the kitchenette. The only issue I had and I did not like was being sent to the self check-in kiosk in the lobby after waiting in line and then still having to go back to the front desk and wait in line for my key, to give my driver's license, pay for parking, etc. It seemed like I was doing part of the front desk agent's job and not as convenient if you don't get the email link to do it online."

"My sister and I stayed here overnight to attend a concert in the area. We were immediately impressed. The staff was so hospitable and the hotel offers great amenities. There is a “kickback” that offers guests complimentary drinks AND instead of the typical pretzel or cracker accompaniment, there was a small dinner buffet! There was a nice (and also complimentary) breakfast buffet in the morning as well. The room was spacious and clean. And the location is right in the heart of downtown and very close to nearby attractions. I would most definitely stay here again and recommend to others."

"Pretty good walkable distance to and from UW Panther Arena! I liked the parking garage connected with the hotel and that I could park my own vehicle. "

"If you like Stephen King's The shining. You'll love this hotel. Very nice for old fancy. Staff was helpful. Unfortunately our hot tub was broken so that was a bummer but the bed was comfy. Overall not too bad of a stay."
