“Made me wait 20 mins in the cold because there wasn’t anyone at front desk,I paid for a partial lake view that didn’t exist (was all alleyway) elevator didn’t work so had to carry luggage up to third floor, zero hot water after letting it run for 10 mins, and there was a dead bird under my bed that when I brought up to staff they did absolutely nothing for me. It was unhygienic and disgusting, the health department should shut it down, and atleast refund me ”
