We walked everywhere in the town: information center, bakery, grocery, pubs, and restaurants. Took a bus to Treir, Mosel river cruise to Berncastle, car trip to Berg Eltz castle. The cottage was much more than we imagined. It had a very comfortable living area with back yard and patio."

"Visited Piesport for the first time during our trip around Germany and it was absolutely stunning! This home is perfect for a small family or couples traveling together. The beds are comfortable. The the home is beautiful and clean. The hosts are so friendly and welcoming and prompt to assist when needed. We enjoyed walked along the river and eating at the local restaurants. Kleines Manko, das eigentlich in der Beschreibung erwähnt werden müsste: Die Wohnung ist lediglich über eine sehr schmale und steile Außentreppe ( Wendeltreppe s. Bilder) zu erreichen. Mit Gepäck und vorallem bei Regen schon eine Herausforderung."

"Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft jederzeit sehr wohl gefühlt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und zahlreiche Restaurants sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Mit dem Auto kann man von hier aus zahlreiche Traumschleifen (ausgezeichnete Wanderwege) ansteuern. Frau Scholtes hat uns freundlich empfangen und kümmert sich rührig um das Wohl ihrer Gäste.
