"The receptionist - I'm sorry I didn't get his name - was so friendly and helpful! My brother and I really felt welcome. The room was clean and comfortable and had everything I needed. We had a delicious dinner at the restaurant, Giulia, where the staff also was friendly and helpful. Breakfast at the coffee bar was tasty, too; but there was a long line for placing orders."

Plus Lyft/Uber/cabs/limos are readily available. The only negative was that the elevators need to be upgraded, they aren't sufficient to service surges."
