“We booked 2 rooms online having never been to the hotel. So upon arrival we checked into the rooms and immediatly noted a foul smell and loose ceiling tiles. The odour was a musty mouldy smell. I had a discussion with the manager he advised me that nothing was wrong with the rooms and some people are just too fussy when it comes to smells? He refused a refund and said we had to pay for 2 rooms for 2 nights as is their policy. We did not stay.”

“The only thing that was obviously working was a printer to make signs that something was "Not Working"...e.g. Washer & Dryer from arrival to departure; ...coffee machine second day; no ice machine anywhere; first day waffle iron was so sticky even using the pre-spray you could not extract the waffle, second day another "Not working" sign on the waffle maker...absence of staff at front desk often; beds and rooms were fine.”
