Check in was a little strange in that there was nobody available at the front desk, we were required to phone a number which alerted the person in the office to come out front. Staff was very pleasant. Breakfast is very basic... but good enough for a coffee and a very light snack.

This is an all around great motel, located on the extreme west end of Neepawa so it is easy to miss. There is a donair shop attached to the motel. It's very quiet area too. Unfortunately missed the breakfast because of our early departure but we did have it last year (we are repeat customers)..but before it was very good with a hot breakfast. The single drawback was that the room was quite cold and the thermostat didn't do much to regulate the temperature.

We struggled with the toilet lid. It was very flimsy! The air conditioner wouldn't turn off so we had to unplug. I could not belive the windows opened as we were on the bottom floor. Three people in room with towel sets for 2.
