The room was clean an beds comfortable it the TV remote didn’t work right, the phone wasn’t working and the hot tub wasn’t working. Apparently they are having renovations but that wasn’t listed where you read about the hotel you really have to read all the fine print. When we tried to call the front desk about the remote we realized the phone was t working. We then went to the front desk to ask about it. We were told “oh maintenance doesn’t work weekends so you will have to deal with it. Just have the remote close to the box when you switch channels”. For reference the box is behind the TV. If it wasn’t for Expedia calling the hotel I doubt our stuff would have been fixed. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. The mattress on pull out couch was the best we’ve had at a hotel. Room was clean. Only complaint was the shower water temperature never got above lukewarm. Would recommend staying at this hotel.
