Spring Break 2025

The place was as advertised. Very clean and well kept. The golf cart was one of the nicest we have ever driven. Great location near the beach with a large heated pool you can walk too. They also provide beach chairs and other beach items as well.

Family fun

The layout of the home was perfect for our family of 5 and we felt very comfortable with the location and accommodations. Having the golf cart was a great addition to our stay!

A Dream Vacation

My family of five have been vacationing in Sandestin for the last 4 years and this was our favorite trip because of this VRBO rental. Its location gave us the freedom to explore the harbor, Baytowne Wharf, and the beach. The hosts were more than accommodating. Beds were comfy, furnishings updated, and the golf cart was a big hit! We hope to stay here next year!

Wonderful Vacay!

This is the third time my family has stayed at Coastal Cozy! We love the clean and comfortable condo and the golf cart adds to the fun! The location is close to shopping and restaurants. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Very Nice Condo

The condo was very nice and clean. It was obviously well maintained. The location is great with easy access to the beach with the golf cart. Check in and check was smooth as well. We hope to stay again soon.

Perfect vacation rental

My family of 4 enjoyed our 7 night stay. Everything was perfect from the time I booked until we checked out. It was very clean and stocked with everything needed for our stay. The place was decorated really nice and made us feel right at home. The golf cart was a hit with the kids. They loved riding around the resort and to the beach. Mary was very easy to communicate with and she made sure everything perfect. I definitely recommend this place.

Amazing Week!

We had the best week in Sandestin! Much of the credit goes to Mary for being a great host with a great space! Our family felt right at home as soon as we stepped in. Mary was so very responsive and helpful throughout the entire stay. The golf cart was a hit and the location is perfect - right in the middle of the beach and Baytowne Wharf. We will be back, for sure!

Great place to stay

This property was so nice and clean. We loved the location. It was quiet and peaceful at night, but with easy access to the beach and Baytown. The golf cart is a must here, so we were lucky to have one. Mary was awesome at answering any questions we had! We will definitely rebook!

Great Trip

We have stayed at several different locations at the resort. This may have been my favorite. It was a great location right at the entrance and a quick golf cart ride to the beach and to Baytowne Wharf. We only got in the car once the entire week. I would absolutely recommend this property. The owner was very helpful and informative. Very easy to communicate with and quick to respond. We will for sure visit again.

Our 2nd Stay

This is our second time staying in Mary’s condo. We love it! It’s beautiful, clean, and comfortable. We also enjoy the overall Sandestin experience. Mary is a wonderful owner to rent from because she is always friendly and helpful. We would stay here again and again.

This place was wonderful and we recommend it to anyone looking to go to destin. The host is wonderful, communication is quick and so pleasant!!! The house was comfy, clean, decorated so lovely and we were so close to everything! In these times of covid it was so nice to have a private residence. Very peaceful as well.

Great find and close to everything

I'd highly recommend this property to anyone! Great location, clean throughout the unit, all the amenities, and great communication with owner. The golf cart makes the trip an A+ with a short drive to the beach, shopping, restaurants, and Baytown Wharf. So relaxing and you cannot go wrong with this rental! Will be back in the future.

Spacious and clean condo conveniently located in Sandestin

We enjoyed our stay in Mary's condo in Sandestin. The kids especially loved riding around in the golf cart. Mary was good with communication and even accommodated our last minute request for our stay duration. The condo was very clean, nicely decorated with great wifi and TV's in every room. Would recommend if you are looking for a nice place in Sandestin. Thanks, Mary!

Great Location and Lovely Townhome

The townhome was quite lovely and in immaculate condition. It was exactly how the photos portrayed it. The location was great for our purposes because we were attending a meeting at the Hilton Sandestin Hotel It was just about 1/2 mile to the hotel from the townhome. The beach was also quite close to the townhome. I would recommend this property.

Coastal Cozy is Amazing!

This condo is just like home! I stayed with my parents and teenage son. It was the perfect size for the four of us. My son liked sleeping in the loft and feeding the turtles in the lake off the patio. Grandpa and Grandma loved the golf cart and the quiet and private neighborhood. Mary is super responsive in answering all of my questions. The next time we visit the Emerald Coast we will be staying here!

A great trip!

We loved everything about our stay! The townhome was clean, great location, and had everything we needed! The owner, Mary, was super nice, helpful, and great at communicating everything we needed. This is our 4th year to Sandestin and the golf cart is a must for my family! It was a quick 1-2 minute golf cart ride to the beach, and 5-7 minute ride everywhere else (Publix, The Wharf, the Aquatic Center pool). My kids loooove the golf cart rides alone. I already miss my grocery store trips in the golf cart! Such a relaxing ride! I would definitely stay here again & highly recommend for others!

Delightful experience!

10 stars if we could! It was not just the property that exceeded our expectations, it was the simplicity of the process, communication & transparency withe the owners. I was very impressed to hear from Mary the following day concerning our well being after severe weather rolled through. Modern, updated, fantastic location, very nice golf cart and all the amenities necessary to allow us to relax, feel at home and enjoy the week. Highly recommend this property and the owners. We will be back!!

Simply Awesome!!!

No complaints here!!! Great location, very clean and had all the accommodations we needed! Golf cart was so handy we didn't even need to rent a car. They even have a personal driver they use who is awesome as well. He picks you up and drops you off at the airport! So convenient and well appreciated for his promptness. Mary and Jim are wonderful people! They are very quick on responding with any questions or issues that arise during your stay. They came in as we were headed out so it was nice to have the pleasure of meeting them! You absolutely cannot go wrong with this vacation rental!!!!
