Wake up to lake views from the king master suite and enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails on the private back deck. Walk or ride to the soft sand beach in just minutes.

Inside, you’ll find a fully updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a spacious dining area for family meals. The oversized living room with SmartTV is perfect for movie nights or quiet downtime. Upstairs, the cozy bunk beds are ideal for kids, and every bedroom has its own private bathroom for convenience.

Head outside to grill and enjoy a sunset BBQ overlooking the lake. It’s an ideal spot to make lasting memories with family and friends.

You’ll have up to two parking spots for your vehicles. Sandestin® offers tennis, swimming pools, a marina, and three championship golf courses. Ride to Baytowne Wharf for dining and nightlife or stroll Grand Boulevard for shopping.

Each rental includes four backpack beach chairs and the 6-seater golf cart. You may find a selection of beach toys and umbrellas left by previous guests, though availability varies. Beach wagons and extra chairs are available to rent upon request.
