Excellent beach, especially in off season & not too crowded during those months. The waves are great, very predictable. Perfect for boogie boarding and/or surfing.

Felt a little "not clean" - but fantastic people watching on the boardwalk. I'm pretty sure it's only tourists on the beach and locals on the boardwalk.
