I think it is time to update the wall unit A/C and heating. Kept me up all night, I had to literally unplug the darn thing at 2am. Caroets could use a deep cleaning. My feet were black. Ice machine was down. However, your breakfast was decent 👌

Staff are very friendly & helpful. Location of the hotel is close to shops , Walmart , and numerous restaurants. Downside is our room had a cracked sink basin , cracked tiles in the bathroom , and the tub was either worn out from so much scrubbing or it needed a thorough cleaning.

The AC did not work properly, and when we addressed the issue the guy at the front desk said they had no maintenance man or other rooms available. The room smelled like mildew. And they had mold on the bathroom.

Parking area was small, spots were mainly taken by big work trucks taking up 2 to 3 parking spots. The microwave in our room didn't work. The drunk was cracked, tiles in the bathroom and shower were also cracked and broken.

Foul smell coming from the housekeeping cart. Could smell through the hall way. I’m sure our room was not cleaned properly. Found someone’s dirty socks left in the corner of the room. Will not be staying here anymore.

Rooms could use a little TLC, carpets could be replaced or a major cleaning. I arrived to my room, but after 5 minutes had to switched to another due to old mildew underneath the fridge ☹️

Overall good experience

I enjoyed the stay. My room was cold when I walked in. Everything was great, just that there was no breakfast when I got down in the morning. I am guessing because of COVID-19.
