This stay isn't the first time that family members have stayed at this Best Western Hotel. It was pleasant. This time it was different. The Hotel for some reason could never find my reservation on their end. Expedia had it on their end. Problem was finally resolved. The room was great except for the sink and bathtub drains. The water would not drain unless we held the stopper up manually. The breakfast was good if you get there before nine. They had no milk for the cereal or cream for the coffee. Only flavored cream. I was just told there wasn't any, what was there was all they had. I am aware that things happen that is beyond the person behind the counter's control. But being a weekend you want to make sure that you plan ahead with supplies. We've stayed there before and it was great. Area felt quite and safe. We got a good night's rest. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. It is our go to Hotel when we need one. I don't want to go to Motel 6.

Check in went smooth, the hotel was clean and quiet. We've stayed here before and had rude receptionist in the past, but Lexi really went above and beyond to make sure everything went well for us, I really think the other receptionists should learn a thing or 2 about her and how to treat customers. I have nothing bad to say about our stay , everything went well.
