Shockingly bad. While I know there was a premium price dir high season, this place was a dump inside. The air conditioner barely worked and when it did it rattled all night and kept me awake even with ear plugs. Furnishings were old and raggedy, dingy lobby and grumpy staff.

If you want a property that has easy access from the freeway, this property is for you. Despite the closeness to the freeway, the rooms are relatively quiet. We've stayed there a couple of times now when travelling to meet up with family.

The room was comfortable like all La Quinta’s I’ve stayed in. It smelled funny, but my only real complaint was the inconsiderate people slamming doors and banging around until late at night which I know the hotel has no control over. Walls were thin enough I could hear the next door neighbor snoring. So that wasn’t pleasant either.

Dogs in the room next door were VERY noisy but the staff did their very best to help us resolve this issue! The property is well maintained and the onsite laundry was a huge plus for us. Pool ad spa were well maintained and great for our stay. Lots of dining options near by - right ext door to a convenience gas station so that's not too fun but other than than it was good losing for our needs.
