Property is in a great location and close to Warwick castle. Unfortunately the room was very dirty with dust and cobwebs all around the room. Some items in the kitchen were dirty and had not been cleaned. Pool was warm and the facilities were good.

On the plus side, the bed was comfortable, the room was a really nice temperature despite having recently had a hot spell and the shower was consistent and powerful.
The main hotel was attractively decorated but staff were mostly quite cold and actively irritated when I asked for fresh tea and coffee in our room, which was not provided overnight.
This might being physically quite modern looking, there was always litter lying around in the corridors when we went to And from our room and tables in reception area were not cleared of drinks et cetera – the whole place felt quite poorly run
For the cheap price we got the room at, it was absolutely fine and I would stay there again – but be aware this is only a slight touch above a premier inn so set your expectations accordingly.

The property if fabulous! The grounds and gardens are beautiful! Our apartment was nice, however the bedrooms upstairs were warm as it was unseasonally warm weather.There were fans in both bedrooms which helped a lot. We also had breakfast there and it was very good. The staff was very polite and helpful. I would stay again.

"The hotel is excellent other than the restaurant. We stay here regularly on the way to Devon. We tried the restaurant on the way and it wasn't good. Tried again on the way back with 10%discount and had to send the meal back. Next time we stay in July we will dine at the premier inn/beafeater 10mins ..."
