Outstanding hotel choice! The room was spotless, had two comfortable beds, and allowed us to store luggage free when we arrived too early for check in. The amenities included pajamas, toothbrushes, hairbrushes-incredible customer service. The people working the reception desk were polite and knowledgeable. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Great hotel, great location. We stayed for 2 nights with breakfast, the only fault was the breakfast as a westerner burgers fried chicken and pork skewers and chips are not for us , no toast or scrambled egg in sight shame as this let us down.

The room is not cleaned on a daily basis, and guests are expected to collect their own towels from the lounge area. Overall, the experience feels more like a self-service hotel, which I would not expect considering the amount being charged. In addition, the restaurant was not open during our stay. Guests who wanted breakfast were required to travel to another branch to have it, which was quite inconvenient. For the price, I expected a much higher level of service and convenience.
