Home includes fully stocked kitchen with quartz countertops and stainless appliances. Dining room seats 6. Two upstairs bedrooms each with King bed, smart tvs and ensuite full bathrooms. Dedicated workspace. Living room includes a 65" smart tv and Queen sofa bed. Complimentary high speed internet. Washer & dryer in the unit. Two dedicated parking spaces with room for overflow and trailers. Enjoy amazing views from back patio bistro while grilling on the gas BBQ. Spend your days hiking, biking, four wheeling and relishing in the beautiful sunshine and scenery of nearby National and State Parks. Enjoy rafting, kayaking and water fun on the Colorado River!
