“This was by far the worst vacation rental experience I've had. We booked this villa in March, months in advance, and I had already communicated with the host about a possible late checkout. When we arrived, no one was there to check us in. I called the number provided, and the host said he had no idea we had a reservation. Even after I sent him a screenshot of my confirmed booking, he claimed he never received confirmation.
