On the ground floor: Entrance with boot dryer and ski rack, laundry room (washing machine and dryer), 1 bedroom with shower area open to the bedroom (4 single beds 80x200 cm including 2 twin beds and 2 bunk beds), 1 bedroom with shower area open to the bedroom (1 double bed 160x200 cm), separate toilet. On the 1st floor: 1 bedroom with bathroom (bath + double shower) (2 single beds 90x200 cm twin beds), 1 bedroom with sink area (1 double bed 160x200 cm), separate toilet, wellness area with 8-seater sauna, shower and relaxation area, access to the outdoor spa and the terrace with garden tables. On the 2nd floor: large living room with lounge-dining room-kitchen, access to the balcony with relaxation garden furniture. 1 private parking space in front of the chalet + free public parking in front of the chalet. Superb lodge-style chalet 200 metres from the slopes, the Punta Nera chalet is located in a residential area at the entrance to the heart of the resort. Carefully decorated, it is in a warm and mountainous atmosphere that you can admire the green wooded setting in which it is located. Enjoy a wellness area with a view (sauna, outdoor spa) and a spacious living room with the emblematic designer fireplace.
