“Room had Broken tile, broken wash basin, broken shower handle hanging out of wall. Sheets were dirty and had holes and were too small for the bed. bought a blanket to put on top so I could sleep. Staff was friendly but unresponsive. After two requests for a towel and no action I found one in open staff closet. Not told that I had to activate geezer switch to get hot water. And then hot water lasted only 30 seconds both times I tried. Hotels.com had this rated at a 10 with five phony 10 rated……

“The best shower in India , pressure wise, the state of it it terrible , but it is a good shower Brilliant bed , but looking under it when it moved , they had never cleaned under there forever, used condom wrappers , tissues , and a load of dust ”

“The hotel took over an hour to find my reservation- making me wait in the lobby at midnight. I showed all confirmation emails from the hotel itself ,but they still wouldn't let me check-in until they see on their end as well. They had an outdated check-in system and the customer service line was a mess. Beyond that, the rooms were dusty and had proof of bugs nesting in some areas. The staff are not professional at all as they seemed to be local teenagers who were hired cheaply to handle duties……

“Never book this hotel online. I repeat never book this hotel online. They don't honor booking and won't let you check in even after you show them the confirmation of reservation.”
