“We were visiting some ancestral homes in and around the area but this location was also really convenient for Cork and Cobh. Eric the host and owner was great - super helpful and checked in every day to make sure all was well. “Mixed experience. Staff were great and overall property was fine. Location good. However water and coffee/milk/sugar in our room on arrival wasn’t replenished during our 3 night stay. Rooms are on the small side. The biggest issue we had is that we couldn’t get back into the room on our last night as somehow the security latch managed to activate itself, which should be impossible. Staff were great dealing with the issue but had to use hammer and chisel to obtain access, took about 30 mins.……
