Booked room not available, no bed for child, no towels. Room not cleaned. Food average. Restaurant service poor. Spoke to Duty Manager twice but issues raised not resolved. Great location but seems to be no management checking on staff. Standards dropped considerably since we last stayed there. Book a different hotel.

Check in wasn’t really smooth through expedia as we booked on short notice and it hadn’t shown up in their system; however the front desk attendant was very helpful and accommodating. She offered us to have a meal in lounge and leave luggage at front desk….she would come get us when reservation showed up in system so we could complete check in. She followed through and no other problems.

When we checked in we were put in a room where all you could hear was all of the cars on the motorway. Normally this wouldn't be a big deal because we could keep the windows closed and turn on the AC. Well there is no AC at this property. We did not know that. The receptionist said we'll I can refund your money. That is when the gentleman that was working with her offered us a different room without all of the traffic noise. We put the fan on by the window to bring in cool air. We went downstairs for dinner. The staff was wonderful and the food excellent. So we figured breakfast would be just as good. We had paid for our breakfast the night before and scheduled our breakfast time. The toaster didn't toast any bread, the pancake maker was broken. Most of the hot food was either burnt or not hot just warm. Suffice it to say that a couple of muffins and coffee was not worth 26.00. We paid a lot of money for one night and sub-par breakfast. Will not make that mistake again.

Lovely breakfast, spacious room, nice staff. Issues with cleaning (empty handsoap, had to ask for toilet paper, dirty glasses just turned upside down, coffee cup replased but dirty spoon left on top, dirty cleaning rag left in the bathroom, etc). Pool lovely but very busy. Beautiful lounge/cafe area. Playground behind the hotel was nice suprise.
