High ceiling, huge windows, open space, superfast internet, clean, etc. People with health issues and small children should consider the fact that the apartment is located on the fourth floor of old stone building, which has no elevator. For active youth and adults to walk for a few runs of staircase should not be a problem, especially taking into account the quality of this space. Location is just perfect.
