Pool was closed when I arrived. My shower curtain had yellow stains on my shower curtain and comforter. They never had breakfast out. The pictures online is not how the hotel looks.

On the Expedia website looks like your basic clean hotel with all the amenities. Immediately when we walked in there was spackle (sp?) every where. The room had holes in the walls, dirt every where. Burn marks on toilet and a rusty/dirty shower. To top it off there were ants.

1. Bathroom sink stopped up. 2. Outside hall access door not level- dragged and needed to force open/closed 3. Charged several times on card; I had to call several times to get it fixed and once I was hung up on 4. “Breakfast included” but waffles stick to pan, OJ machine Out of Order, coffee is instant, 5 slices of stale white bread for toast, only cereal available was a small amount of some kind of “flakes”. No fruit, no rolls, awful coffee, no instant oatmeal, no yogurt, essentially nothing to eat. 5. “Indoor pool” is dry; don’t bring your suit. 6. Found out AFTER paying for the room that our Dog is $35 extra. Good qualities: the room was VERY clean and the king bed was very comfortable!

The room we requested was not available. The keys that they gave us to the replacement room didn't work. There was no breakfast available in the morning. The excuse was that workers didn't show up and the staff that did had to leave early. The room was not clean. For such a poor excuse for a hotel they charged $35 deposit for our small dog.

Long wait and after i pay 100 dollar to get there i can't take the car because they ask for a credit card i can't use my debit card even when im out of state, and no options or nothing,, i have to take another 68 dollars cab to get a hotel room they mess it up

I don't like anything about it and I booked two nights but could only stay one due to family emergency so I will never stay there or book thru Expedia never got the deposit or money for the room I didn't stay in totally disgusted with Expedia and the hotel I can't give zero stars so oingusees I'll have to do one star
