Netter Aufenthalt in ruhiger Lage
Schönes Haus in den Bergen, nicht weit von Monaco, Nizza, Eze usw. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter, es gab sogar Willkommensgetränke und leckere Marmelade. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Falls doch etwas fehlen sollte, wird Pierre es besorgen ;-) Tolle grosse Terrasse mit Aussicht. Auch unser Hund war willkommen und hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt.

Beau séjour au calme
Très beau séjour,maison très agréable à vivre, tout confort ,située dans un quartier calme et tranquille. Les 2 terrasses permettent de profiter de l'extérieur ,paysage magnifique .Proche des commerces de La Turbie (environ 5 min. en voiture) et proche en voiture des principaux sites à visiter, Peille,Ste Agnès,Eze,Menton,Monaco... Les propriétaires sont très accueillant,discrets mais toujours disponibles et de bons conseils pour visiter la région .Les animaux domestiques sont les bienvenus. Pas de problème de stationnement.Merci pour les délicates attentions lors de notre arrivée et pendant notre séjour. Nous reviendrons

Charme, repos, confort, convivialité
Dès le premier jour nous nous sentis chez nous avec tout le confort et trois terrasses géniales. La maison est pleine de charme, la vue sur le paysage magnifique, tout est tranquille, reposant. Mais le plus de cette location est l'accueil et la sympathie des propriétaires, discrets, toujours disponibles, de bons conseils et adorables.

Tolles Ferienhaus in Top-Lage
Wir haben hier zwei Wochen Urlaub verbracht. Das Haus liegt in einer eher ruhigen Gegend im Hinterland der Côte d'Azur mit einem fantastischen Blick ins Tal. Dabei ist man aber in ca.30 min in Monaco oder Nizza. Auch die französischen Seealpen erreicht man in weniger als eine Stunde. Die Ausstattung des Hauses war sehr gut, es ist alles da, was man braucht. Ordentliche Töpfe und Pfannen, genügend Geschirr,scharfe Messer, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Backofen, Gefrierschrank(so mussten wir nicht so oft einkaufen). Auch der Gasgrill war super. Auf der großen Terrasse ließ es sich abends toll entspannen. Pierre und Sylvie wohnen mit im Haus und sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit, so gab es von ihnen selbstgemachte Marmelade und Gemüse aus dem Garten. Vielen Dank dafür. Außerdem sprechen sie sehr gutes Englisch, so dass die Kommunikation kein Problem für uns war. Alles in allem ein gelungener Urlaub.

Excellent séjour
Nous avons eu un grand plaisir d'avoir pu louer cette maison dans la nature et le calme avec l'accueil chaleureux des propriétaires. Nous avons été touchés par leur produits bio du jardin et les délicieuses confitures qu'ils nous ont offert. Nous recommandons vivement cette maison à tous ceux qui veulent faire des vacances dans les Alpes maritimes qui se trouve à 30 minutes de Menton, Monaco et Nice. Ruhige Lage - Entspannend
Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und es war alles da was benötigt wurde. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern Pierre und Sylvie war sehr gut und unkompliziert auf englisch, mangels ausreichender Französischkenntnisse meinerseits. Die Unterkunft liegt oberhalb der Küste, aber man ist in 15-20 Minuten am Meer unten. Es hat mir sehr gut gefallen und ich kann die Unterkunft nur empfehlen. Le logement était très propre et il y avait tout ce dont on avait besoin. La communication avec les propriétaires Pierre et Sylvie était très bonne et simple en anglais, à défaut d'une connaissance suffisante du français de ma part. Le logement est situé en haut de la côte, mais on est à 15-20 minutes de la mer en bas. J'ai beaucoup aimé et je ne peux que recommander ce logement.

Ein super schöner Urlaub
Wir haben unseren Urlaub bei Pierre und Sylvi sehr genossen. Die Beiden sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Es gab immer wieder Kostproben aus dem heimischen Garten. Die Unterkunft in den Bergen ist toll gelegen. Tagsüber kommt man schnell über wunderschöne Küstenstraßen ans Meer, nach Monaco etc.und abends hat man Ruhe und kann den Abend auf der großen Terasse mit Blick ins Tal genießen. In La Turbie ist man in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto, dort findet man kleine Geschäfte (Bäckerei, Fleischer, kl.Supermarkt). Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und werden definitiv wieder bei Pierre und Sylvi Urlaub machen.

Maison idéale pour découvrir Monaco, Nice, Menton

Très agréable maison
Maison très agréable et fonctionnelle. Les 3 terrasses permettent de se déplacer en fonction du soleil. A 5 min en voiture des commerces de la Turbie. Ne rater pas la fleur de lait chez le fromager (glace). Pierre et Sylvie, les propriétaires, sont très prévenants et ont participé à la réussite de ce séjour.

Rust in de bergen van de alpes Maritimes
Rustieke vakantiewoning in de bergen maar toch op haalbare afstand van toeristische trekpleisters zoals Monaco(12km) en Nice. We zijn zelfs een dag naar San Remo gereden (50 km). Pierre is een aangename gastheer die klaar staat voor alle vragen maar verder je privacy respecteert. We werden ook een avond uitgenodigd om een aperitief te nuttigen samen met zijn charmante echtgenote op hun eigen terras beneden de vakantiewoning. Rond de vakantiewoning garanderen 3 terrassen zon of schaduw op elk moment van de dag. De omgeving straalt rust uit en La Turbie beneden aan de berg heeft voldoende handelszaken en restaurants. Voor grote boodschappen ligt Auchan Nice op 15 minuten rijden. Een woning die je tot rust laat komen en zo te onthaasten van de dagdagelijkse drukte.

Trivsamt boende med nära till allt!
Fantastiska vandringar i en överväldigande natur men också nära till rivierans städer. 5-10 minuter med bil till La Turbie där du kan få allt. Bostaden mysig och fridfull. Bra parkering. Alla önskvärda bekvämligheter. Värdparet mycket tillmötesgående och hjälpsamma. Sköna terrasser där vi varje morgon drack morgonkaffet trots att det var dec/jan! Fungerade utmärkt med vår hund. Vi har bara positiva omdömen att ge och önskar att vi kan komma tillbaka!

Super Urlaub
Die Hausbesitzer die uns Empfangen haben sind super freundlich und unheimlich zuvorkommend. Es stand als Begrüßung eine Schale mit Obst und Mandeln, aus dem eigenen Garten auf dem Tisch. Und im Kühlschrank hausgemachte Orangenmarmelade. Sehr ruhig Lage, schöne Aussicht und relativ Zentral. Monaco 7km, Menton 13km und Cannes 52km entfernt. Vermieter hilfsbereit, sehr Kommunikativ auch in englischer Sprache. Nach einer Woche würden Handtüscher und Bettwäsche ausgetauscht, was nicht selbstverständlich ist. Auch unser Hund hat sich sehr wohlgefühlt. Riesen Terasse mit 3 Sonnenliegen sowie loungemöbel. Und man konnte täglich Eichhörnchen in den Mandelbäumen beobachten. Alles in allem ein wunderschönen Aufenthalt und Urlaub der sehr zu empfehlen ist. Nochmals einen lieben dank an Marie und Pierre es war sehr schön und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Pleasant house
We had a relaxed time in this pleasant house and enjoyed the terasses in front in the morning and in the back in the evening a lot. The owners Pierre and Sylvie were pleasant hosts making us feel at home. Especially the home-made marmalade and the aperative we got were very enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Zum Enstspannen bestens geeignet
Abgelegen vom Trubel der Touristenzentren findet man hier die Ruhe und die Entspannung. Man benötigt natürlich ein Auto, aber das war uns vorher klar. Das Haus ist sauber und ordentlich und bietet alles für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die beiden sehr netten Vermieter waren immer hilfsbereit und sorgten sich sehr um unser Wohlergehen. Vielen Dank!

Ferienhaus mit Flair in den Bergen von Monaco - Maison avec flair dans les montagnes de Monaco
Wir wurden von den Vermietern ganz herzlich empfangen. Die Kommunikation erfolge auf Englisch. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll überwiegend mit antiquarischen Möbeln eingerichtet und hat dadurch ein ganz besonderes Flair. Die Ausstattung ist perfekt, komplett und sauber. Auf Grund der Nähe zu Monaco/Monte Carlo und zu Nizza bietet das Ferienhaus einen idealen Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundung der Gegend. Aber auch zum Relaxen und Seele baumeln lassen ist das Anwesen mit zwei großen Terrassen ideal geeignet und bietet alles was man dazu braucht. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par les propriétaires. La communication a lieu en anglais. La maison est meublée avec goût avec des meubles antiques et a donc un charme très spécial. L'équipement est parfait, complet et propre. En raison de sa proximité avec Monaco / Monte Carlo et Nice, le cottage constitue un pied-à-terre idéal pour explorer la région. Mais aussi pour se détendre, la propriété est idéalement adaptée avec deux grandes terrasses et offre tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour.

Geweldige woning, vlakbij Monaco
Wij waren hier met de F1 van Monaco. Het ligt op ongeveer 20 minuten rijden. Wat een schitterende omgeving!! Het is schoon, en alles wat we nodig hadden was keurig aanwezig. Ook de eigenaren zijn hele vriendelijke mensen. Zeker nog een keer terug.

Entspannen über den Hügeln von Nizza und Monaco
Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. In dem geräumigen Haus in den Hügeln kann man gut auch zwei verregnete Tage abhängen, in der großen Bibliothek stöbern, Sylvie's wunderbaren Aperitif kosten (vielen Dank dafür!) und sich's einfach gut gehen lassen. Bei trockenem Wetter sind wir gewandert, das geht in der Umgebung sehr gut und das Panorama ist phantastisch. Ausflüge ans Meer und in die nahen Städte sind natürlich toll (Nizza, Antibes, Monaco) aber kaum nötig, so schön ist es in den Hügeln.

Nous avons loué 3 jours pour aller à la fête des citrons à Menton, et une journée à San Remo. Location très fonctionnelle, les draps et les serviettes sont fournis, ce qui est rare en France ! Propriétaire très sympathique, disponibles pour nous conseiller. Rien à redire on reviendra ! Merci !

Ein wunderschöner Wohlfühlort bei netten Gastgebern und sonniger Lage von morgens bis abends
Das Häuschen ist wunderschön in 600 m Höhe von Grün umgeben gelegen. Ein Ort der Ruhe und Erholung - weit ab von dem bunten Treiben unten an der côte d'azur. Die netten Gastgeber haben das Haus innen und außen mit viel Liebe eingerichtet, so dass wir uns nicht wie in einem Ferienhaus gefühlt haben sondern wie in einem Haus bei Freunden. Das entspricht auch dem offenen, freundlichen, hilfsbereiten und herzlichen Verhalten von Pierre und Sylvie, die uns immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite standen. In nur einer Stunde waren wir zu Fuß in La Turbie, mit dem Auto waren es gerade einmal 6 Minuten. Und von La Turbie starten einige schöne Wanderungen. So ist man von hier in einer guten Stunde zu Fuß in Monaco. Wir waren mit 19-jährigem Sohn und 5-jährigem Boxerhund dort. Durch das separate schöne Zimmer auf der Galerie, hatte unser Teenie seine Ruhe - und wir natürlich auch ;-). Unser "tobsüchtiger" Boxerrüde hat sich direkt in die hübsche Pepita (Hündin)von Pierre und Sylvie verliebt! Angenehm war auch, dass die Küche alle wichtigen Geräte enthielt (die auch alle funktionierten) und uns zum Kochen einiges als Vorrat zur Verfügung stand. Wir sind wunderbar erholt nach Hause gekommen und bedanken uns von Herzen bei Pierre und Sylvie für den schönen Aufenthalt. Wir freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen. Ute + Jörg

Wonderful!
We spent one week in this nice flat in October 2018 and really enjoyed the time there. The appartment is clean and practically furnished and Pierre and Sylvie are lovely hosts who are always there if help is needed. You have got a fantastic view to the hills from the large main terrace and if you are looking for a quiet place with Monaco and Nice just a few minutes away, this is the right place to be. Thanks to Pierre and Sylvie from Dirk, Stefanie and Moyo (dog). We will come back!
