Independent entrances and private access to the exotic garden. Kitchen open to the living room, work space. Room Palissandre: 1 bright bedroom of 14 m2, pool view with multiple storage spaces, dressing room, 1 double bed (160x200). Room Teck: 1 very bright bedroom of 9.5 m2, level access to the patio overlooking the "Palmeraie" garden, has a wardrobe, 1 double bed (140x190). Bathroom, covered in noble and natural materials, is equipped with a walk-in shower and a double sink. Independent WC. Laundry room. Air conditioning/Heating - Mosquito nets - Electric and blackout blinds. The Lodge: Independent living room with fireplace for winter stays. All included (bed linen/toilet, end of stay cleaning and charges). Tourist tax extra On arrival, 2 parking spaces are reserved for you. Then access by a private path for 50 m (pedestrian) which goes down to the property. A 100% Riviera stay overlooking the town of Menton. Enjoy an exotic garden as well as a swimming pool-balneotherapy area and a relaxation area (30m2 outbuilding next to the swimming pool) entirely privatized during your stay... Close to Monaco and Italy, ideally located for discovering many tourist places. For the more courageous, from the hill, it is possible to go down to the town (20 min.) and the sea using the marked footpaths.
