Pros: Ideal location, building is stunning in a historically luxurious way, bathroom was huge and water pressure was superb. Cons: Room did not match any photos online when booking and was slightly disappointing compared to the photos of the example rooms. Carpeted rooms. Library and terrace bar were not open as incentivized.

We were there twice. First room had a shower that went from hot to cold and then off. Quite annoying. 2nd room was better but hotel is old and needs a redo.

Venice is truly a city captured in a time capsule. That was the feeling I had from the moment we arrived. We took the train from Milan to the historic heart of Venice, followed by a water taxi to the beautiful Hotel Ai Cavalieri di Venezia. Our water taxi pulled up to the private dock at the back of the hotel, where we were immediately greeted by a friendly staff member who helped us off the boat and escorted us inside. From the very beginning, the hospitality was exceptional. The moment we stepped into the hotel, it felt as though we had traveled centuries back in time, into an era of elegance, luxury, and royalty. The architecture, decorations, and attention to detail were simply breathtaking. It was like stepping into a magnificent Venetian palace. And then came our room. Wow! Absolutely incredible! There was even a beautiful chandelier hanging from the ceiling. For a moment, I felt like royalty, living in a grand palace from another century. It was an experience unlike anything I had imagined. But the surprises didn’t end there! One of the wonderful perks of our stay was a complimentary round-trip boat excursion to the famous island of Murano, known around the world for its extraordinary glassmaking tradition. We visited a traditional glass factory, where we watched skilled artisans transform molten glass into stunning works of art right before our eyes. Seeing their craftsmanship, precision, and creativity firsthand was fasc
