“We stayed as a family of 4 in June during a heat wave. Check in process was simple and well communicated. We all completely LOVED this place! The building and the apartment were very clean and organized. It was easy to use public transportation to go to all the touristy spots, and was in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Grocery store was close by and the laundry was really useful! It would be even better if there were more laundry machines available. The very best part was the air conditioning……

And it stated it would do deposit refund 7 days after check-out with no damage reported. I checked out 5th April, so far no one contacted me regarding any damage found.
