Welcome to the cottage Fenêtre sur château! nestled in the rolling countryside, 3 minutes drive from the medieval hilltop village of Monflanquin, classified as one of the Most Beautiful Villages in France. House for 3 couples, two families, or a multigenerational family.

The cottage is next to our house. The configuration of the place however preserves the independence and privacy of everyone.

Fitted kitchen, large living room, large dining room, 3 large bedrooms, 1 large bathroom with shower and bath and 1 bathroom with bath/shower. 2 WC.

Large private and fenced terrace for eating outside or resting in the sun. Beautiful views of the countryside. Access to the garden on the banks of a small river.

All essential shops are 2 minutes away by car in Monflanquin: Auchan supermarket, 2 bakeries (the best: Andraline), butcher shop, local products... Banks and ATMs: agricultural credit, popular bank, savings bank. Medical office.
A dozen restaurants. We will give you our preferences when the time comes;-)
Markets where you can find good products from local producers. Personalized advice if you want! Thursday morning in Monflanquin and small market on Sunday morning in season. Monday morning in Cancon (15 min). Saturday morning in Villeréal... Farmers' night markets on the village square: Monday Villeréal, Thursday evening Monflanquin where you can eat on site the dishes prepared by the producers. Plan to arrive early enough to find an available table.

Activities:
Swimming: Monflanquin municipal swimming pool, very pleasant, never too crowded. Low price. Lake Lougratte 20 min. Dordogne River 45min / 1 hour drive.
Hiking: many circuits available in the area. Bike rental possible in Villeréal (12km).
Tree climbing at the Parc'enciel 20min in Lacapelle Biron. Aqualand in Agen 50min...
