"Decent place good price for Guam I think. Kitchen is a bit small but gets the job done. Nice that it’s located centrally in downtown but the neighborhood itself was a bit sketchy. Mostly clean but under the bed was very gross. Overall good for a Guam stay. The owner is very responsive and accomating. The beach is a ten minute walk"

"When we arrived it seemed a bit sketchy, but this condo served its purpose and was not too far from the Naval base. Bed rooms were super comfortable and clean. This place has so much more potential if a little more updates could be made. The roosters were loud. I had to borrow a fan from my son for white noise and drown out that rooster. I feel the owner needed to replace the oven, which I had to clean. Bathroom had mold which I removed with Clorox. Exterminator needs to visit more often, saw...
