“***The property owners have several units at different addresses. Be sure to confirm the address prior to booking! I was looking specifically for the Hagatna area. It was just me so I didn't need a lot of space. The location - for PEDRO'S PLACE only - was good. There was 1 assigned spot per unit and plenty of street parking in a decent neighborhood. "本次入住1121 ，但房間的淋浴室，洗澡時會漏水到浴室的地板上，維修工程師很認真的修理，但應該是過於老舊而無法修好，後來幫我們換到1123號房間，但是淋浴室還是會有少許漏水的問題，另外也有浴缸水龍頭只有溫水沒有熱水狀況，這樣的住宿品質讓人感覺的困擾，白天遊玩後晚上回到房間卻不能好好休息⋯"
