“Staff were super helpful. First time in Mongolia and they called a cab for me when my phone wasn’t able to connect to the local ride share app. Room was clean and a great value for the amount!”

“事前に到着が深夜になることを伝えていましたが、チェックイン方法等の連絡はなく、到着するも部屋に入れずでした。結局深夜から飛び込みで泊まれるホテルを探す始末でした。 その後もメッセージに対しては何も返答がありません。払い戻しもどうなるかわかりません。”

“전체적으로 깨끗하고 직원들도 친절해요. 그런데 혼자 잘 때는 좀 춥더라구요. 난방이 되기는 하나 아주 약하게 틀어놔서 잘 때 경량패딩 입고 잤어요. 그리고 샤워기 고정이 안 되서 물이 직각으로 쏟아져요. ㅠㅠ 아! 조식은 정말... 빵에 치즈랑 쨈 발라먹는 식사가 다에요. 설거지도 본인이 해야 하구요. ㅠㅠ”

“My flight arrived early in the morning and I was able to get an airport pickup and check in early. I also scheduled a full day of tours directly with them! While it was a bit chilly, Mongolia is absolutely beautiful. They made everything so easy!”
