Cute little B&B in the centre of town

Couldn't be friendlier and more helpful. Room has everything you need and the bed is super comfortable. Recommended if you need somewhere central.

We had a fantastic stay. We felt so looked after by all staff. We were particularly impressed with the young man who showed us to our room (despite a small key issue) and served us at breakfast - he was so polite and professional, he's an asset to the business! The room had everything we could need during our stay - comfy beds, nice toiletries provided in the bathroom and the biggest biscoffs I've ever seen! I would definitely recommend Creates to anyone visiting Monmouth! <3

Excellent!

Creates was an excellent experience! Everyone was super nice and accommodating! The room was clean and so cute and cozy. The location was great and it was easy to find. We also had lunch and the cafe below and it was excellent too. Overall highly recommended and we hope to go back someday!

Not sure how secure the key safe is as you can access keys to other rooms. Room was on 3rd floor comfortable beds but very warm. The fan was really helpful. Breakfast was excellent as was the waitress

I can't say enough nice things about our stay. The interior design is GORGEOUS!! We stayed in the Foxes Den and OMG it was adorable! I wish we could have seen the other rooms! It was clean, comfy, and right in the middle of everything in Monmouth. The staff was wonderful and provided such detailed check in information. We can't wait to go back! :)

Hospitality at its best- We’ll be back

My friend and I recently stayed here, and we loved it! The hosts are such lovely people—super attentive, friendly, and always making sure we had everything we needed. From the start, we felt really welcome and well taken care of. The food was fantastic too! They had great breakfast options, plus lunch and dinner, and even gluten-free choices for celiacs like me. Portions were generous, and the prices matched up well with what we got. The area around the B&B is beautiful, and we had a blast exploring. We’re already thinking about coming back! Big thanks to the hosts for an amazing stay—highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and accommodating spot!

Great Stay with breakfast

Excellent value. Very comfy bed and very clean bathroom. Great staff. Full English breakfast was delicious. Continental breakfast gives a good choice of items too.

Exceeded expectations!

We were really impressed especially by the friendliness & attentiveness of the staff. Very welcoming. Room was spacious, well provisioned & comfortable. Glad there was a fan as it was a hot night. We pre-booked for an evening meal & it was excellent 10/10 for taste & cooked to perfection. Enjoyed our breakfast too & both meals were very generous portions. Would definitely recommend - only here for one night but would love to stay longer next time.
