"Our first time visiting Monopoli and we're so happy we booked Palazzo Kapece for our stay! Firstly, Ilenia is the best host you could ask for. I was dealing with her prior to our arrival as we were celebrating my partner's 40th birthday, so she helped me with acquiring balloons and rose petals for the room, which was amazing by the way! She met us with a friendly smile where we were getting dropped off by our transfer, which helped a lot as we definitely would've got lost if she wasn't around! The room itself was gorgeous. We stayed in the Camera Matrimoniale Gelso Rosa suite and we were surprised how quiet it was despite being on the ground floor, and centre of Monopoli. I could imagine that if there was a festival or something, it would've been different but we were lucky enough that the area was quiet! It was clean, very comfortable and had everything we needed. Both my partner and I loved it. We were also very close to everything which was amazing! We will definitely be staying here again when we come back to Monopoli."

"an incredibly crafted resort impeccably maintained with a glorious nod to its historic roots and very cool ultra modern surprising use of technology - for example the air conditioner will not turn on of the windows are open. The grounds are gorgeous, everything was perfect. Except- why was there no one on staff to bring our luggage to the room? No elevator- no problem but at the price we pay here somebody should take care of this. They do understand service- never had my room cleaned while we were at breakfast before- big points for that- so why the blind spot for the luggage? Not a big deal, just a little odd."

"O hotel é moderno, tudo novo e de boa qualidade. Excelente chuveiro e roupa de cama. A cama era um pouquinho dura para o nosso costume, mas tudo foi de primeira. O café da manhã era farto e completo, o que é um diferencial na Italia que costumam servir somente doces. A localização do hotel é perfeita, fora do centro histórico mas a poucos instantes de caminhada."

"Amazing well maintained Trulli resort, super clean, helpful and kind staff , pool has very much relaxing atmosphere , the only comment I have is the restaurant, dinner is delicious even not a lot of options but the portion of the meals are for testing size doesn’t match with the charge as well. I don’t mind the cost but we should not leave when we are still starving."

"The hotel is absolutely incredible. The staff are very nice and the service was exceptional. There is a pools view from the back of your room and the Adriatic Sea is in the front of your room. Breakfast is served every morning outside the front door of your room and the food is exceptional."

"We had a wonderful stay at Torre Cintola Greenblu Sea Emotions with our 2-year-old. The resort has a lovely peaceful setting right by the sea, with excellent pools (lncluding a large children pool area), spacious green gardens, and a relaxing natural atmosphere that made it easy to unwind. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout. Especially the high level of care after I was bitten by a camel during a day trip to Zoosafari. Dr Alessandro Bifulco from the Vesuvius was exceptional — calm, professional, and incredibly skilled. He provided thorough medical care, which prevented us from needing multiple hospital visits. His kindness and competence turned a worrying moment into something manageable, and we are so grateful to him. The resort is very family-friendly, with comfortable rooms and a welcoming vibe that suited us perfectly. We really appreciated the seafront location, beautiful pools, and relaxing environment. Torre Cintola is a great choice in Puglia. We felt well looked after the whole time and would happily return. A big thank you to the team, especially the magnifico Dr Alessandro Bifulco for his outstanding help!"
