Great location if you’re looking to walk around downtown and be within walking distance to the Jet Express. It was clean and the staff was friendly. The pool area is nice. Our only complaint is that the beds are very uncomfortable. So much so that we decided to head home after only staying one night of our two night stay.

It was all about the carpeting. We smelled a slightly musty odor when we checked in but it was late so we turned on the AC and tried to ignore it. But in the morning my wife stepped into the shower and was totally grossed out by the black junk that washed off her feet. On top of that, the water was barely lukewarm. I went to the front desk (phone was busted) and the woman was surprised bc she said that usually only happens on the third floor! We checked out and went to a Hol Inn Express.

I would advise travelers to look elsewhere. The rooms are very dated with noisy and inconsistent temperature air conditioner, noisy bathroom fan. Bathroom door was stained and veneer was coming loose. Ceiling utility hatch in bathroom was rusting. Room carpet did not seem particularly clean. There was no soap at the bathroom sink only a hanging container of lotion. For soap, you had to use the body lotion in the tub. Breakfast marginal. We submitted our problem in the text message asking to comment on the room after check-in but got no response. Definitely avoid room 122. The elevator motor is behind the wall!
