As an agent I’m always on the look out for fantastic places to stay and this was a gem of a find!
The hotel was fantastic - comfy beds, clean and well cared for rooms, however the service and staff? PHENOMENAL.
Vera and the team made our stay perfect. They went above and beyond, we’re friendly and personable and always made sure guests, all guests not just us, were so very well attended to. The service was above any I’ve ever received.
The important parts;
Bathrooms were great
The pool was small but perfectly formed
The cocktails and service were outstanding
Easy check in and out
Always staff available for helping with taxis and locations
And finally the food…it was divine!
Thankyou team Hotel Hotel!

Interesting rooms. I did not love the shower much. Still a great option, helpful staff, AC that worked, and great location.

Staff was welcoming and let us check in early. They handled our delayed luggage situation and made sure it was retrieved and in our room when it finally arrived. It was a 1 year anniversary for the hotel and they invited us to the rooftop celebration. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent. And the location was in the heart of dining shopping and entertainment in Lisbon.
