Mont-Cascades Vacations from $590

One of our favorite stays. We have a child in a wheelchair and had a room that was basically an apartment. Staff were super friendly, laundry on our floor, pool was great. We didnt make it to the private garden or games room but they looked great. Walking distance to Enterprise, making car rental convenient. Underground parking which is apparently 40$ however our expedia listing included it. Wish we had booked for longer but we will know next time.

The hotel and property are very nice, and the room was clean and spacious. The jazz bar with live music was also excellent. Unfortunately, the reception service was very disappointing. The staff was unfriendly and not helpful. We booked a standard room with two queen beds and requested an extra bed, but were told it was not allowed due to fire regulations - something that was not mentioned during booking. We also could not upgrade because we booked through a third party. Unfortunately, even simple requests were handled very slowly and required multiple follow-ups. The poor customer service left a negative impression and affected our overall stay at the hotel.
