Room interior is old and tired looking but it is spotlessly clean and well equipped. Our room was a suite. Full kitchen was great. Only thing we needed was a spatula. Great location to restaurants, museums, and Byward Market. All walkable. We will stay here again for our next visit to Ottawa

Interesting property - great ambience and rooms. I would recommend. Need to make it clearer that there is no check-in and that a code will be sent - and work with 3rd parties (like Expedia) to get the code to you.

This is an hotel that is trying to come back from the ashes, it is doing it slowly. The location is convenient, there is a construction site next door, so it’s quite noisy from time to time.
