"This facility needs a facelift. Our room looked haggard, desperately needing a paint job. It smelled so strongly of bleach that we had to leave the windows open for the first day. One of the floor's toilets needed to be scrubbed on the underside of the seat for the entire 3 days we were there, and the soap dispenser did not work despite the fact that we notified the front desk staff. The primary upside of this hostal is its relatively lower cost & proximity to Avenida Diagonal buses & a short 6...

"The room was so incredibly hot, I slept in a pool of sweat, and tried open my window to get some air , however, I was met face to face with the neighbour’s bathroom next door, so that was kind of awkward. I also asked them to clean, and they took out the garbage, but maybe I was expecting too much? The bathroom was great, the housemates were great, staff tried to help, when I needed it mostly - one guy gave me a hand towel to use for my body after showering (this happened two days in a row)....
