I loved staying at this property. We had a spacious 2 bed queen with the Jacuzzi. It was a quiet spot with many walkable place options nearby. The only concern I had was there being very limited parking. Overall, I would stay again.

very spacious and has a microwave and refrigerator. The location is perfect if you want to walk to downtown shops and dining, as we did each day, and it's a quick drive to Cannery Row and other attractions. Check-in and Check-out were quick and easy. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. This is our new go-to when visiting Monterey!

I liked thag the room looked and smelled clean. The flooring and room was updated, the Heater/Ac worked. I did not like that I could hear the upstairs neighbor walking around. I could also hear the people talking outside. But the neighbors settled down quickly and we were not bothered at night. The parking lot was calm and quiet. It was a pleasant stay. We would return.

I have been booking this hotel every time I go to Monterey for over15 yeas and I appreciate the improvements, renovations and overall positive transformation over the years. It is clean, affordable and in a relatively convenient location.

The facilities were good, maybe some areas that were a little tired. But overall, we were happy with our room. The front desk staff was super helpful answering questions about the area & when we had some car trouble & needed help getting it in for service. Great location within walking distance (about 10-15 min) of Fisherman's Wharf & the downtown area that has some good dining options (the lasagna at Rosine's!!) Also about 5 min walk from Trader Joe's if you want to buy some groceries to keep the food cost down. Also, we didn't realize this until it was almost time to leave, but there are stops for the "MST Trolley" within walking distance that will take you over to the aquarium & Cannery Row for free, so no need to pay for parking. Would be a great place to stay in the summer because of proximity to the beach.
