We had one big issue with an appliance not working and luckily noticed as soon as we arrived. The host immediately returned my message about the issue and fixed the problem quickly. The only negatives i would list is that the master bedroom is very hot no ventilation, the only air is the attic fan no central air. The couch also needs replaced as the leather is wearing off and little black flecks get all over you when you sit on it, we endedup throwing a blanket over the couch.
