A fairytale stay! The staff was incredible and kind, the property was stunning and the asado incredible. If you are going to Buenos Aires, this is a MUST stay location.

I had a wonderful stay at Soho House in Buenos Aires. The place is very modern, beautifully designed, and filled with natural light. Everything was spotless and the appliances were high quality, which made my stay super comfortable. The location was also great and made it easy to explore the city. Just a small note — the listing mentioned airport transportation and a dryer, which weren’t available, but it didn’t affect my overall experience. I’d still highly recommend this apartment and would definitely stay here again!

I stayed at the Sofitel for four nights before joining my tour group for an Antartica trip. The hotel is beautiful. The staff were friendly and helpful. I arrived in the early morning and check in is at 3pm. The staff worked hard to get me into a room by 10am. I was so very appreciative of this. I was also given some delicious pastries from the Patisserie in the lobby. These two ‘perks’ were due to my status with Expedia, or that’s what I believe. My room was spacious, very comfortable and quiet. The breakfast at the hotel had a wide variety of food options. I had lunch at the Patisserie in the lobby several times instead of venturing out. The food was very good. I had drinks in the hotel lounge one evening, which wasn’t crowded at all. The hotel is in the recolecta neighborhood which is a nice safe area. There’s a high end mall across the street that I was told has a Starbucks and several places to find a reasonably priced meal. If I return to Buenos Aires I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Flight got delayed for a day out of EZE, so I quickly looked for the nearest and cheapest option. Expedia offered $90 off this place, for a total of $100 for a night. Booked it since it was a Wyndham without reading any reviews, but quickly panicked after seeing many negative reviews. Personally, our stay at this hotel was nothing short of great. We arrived exhausted and disappointed from the airport, and the front desk staff member made exceptions to get us an early check-in, for which we were very grateful for. I tried to look for outside eating options due to the negative reviews on the food, but it was difficult given the isolated nature of the hotel. Ended up having dinner at the hotel, and was pleasantly surprised at the dishes. We were unable to make use of the spa amenities due to our time constraints, but it looked lovely with an indoor pool and massage services. The rooms were mostly clean, but really just dusty more than anything, which didn’t bother us. I believe that the negative reviews are left by prejudiced individuals who somehow equate an unpaved road with danger. The unpaved entry road is likely a product of delays in Argentine bureaucracy. There appears to be a highway exit in development for the hotel though. If I had any complaints, it’d be on the delayed maintenance of the elevators, but even that could be explained by the timing of our Easter weekend stay. Lovely stay, very safe with a gated entrance and a registry of ALL guests.
