Online check-in was very tedious, asking for way too much information. In-person check-in asked for information that was provided online. No bathroom available in common area, had to finish check-in and get to my room for urgent toilet need. Room was clean, everything in reasonably good shape. Bathtub floor was 4" too high, almost fell getting out of it. (Ironic because it was a handicap bathroom.) Light switches for the bathroom were badly placed, no "nightlight" to guide you through the dark.

Currently under partial renovation. The work done is beautiful. I will be back when the pool, roof top restaurant and remaining guest rooms are finished.

It was a good experience.

The appearance outside was nice, and the layout of lobby, lounge, and breakfast area was good. However, I use a walker and not to the table as they were in a lower level without a ramp A very nice man helped carry my food and settle me in the lounge. Both my friend and I had trouble understanding the young woman at the desk because os her accent. I also liked the mini convenient store.

Let's start with check in, had to wait several minutes (5+) before someone came from down the hallway to the front desk. She was apologetic, friendly and efficient upon check in. Once in our room, it was spacious and clean, bed was more comfortable than most, the bathroom was a bit outdated. Outlet in the foyer didn't work, the smart TV in the room was not and could not connect to WiFi, despite the remote offering Netflix and mirroring to the TV? Attempted to call from the room phone to speak with the desk only to find it did not work! Walked down to the desk to address the issues only to be told that management is aware of the phones not working? As for the 3 outlets she noted them to notify maintenance. As for the TV she explained none of the TVS connect to WiFi. Don't put Smart TVs in the room if your customers can't use it! The channel selection offered was awful, news, old comedy, really old westerns or numerous shopping networks. Breakfast was subpar, the server was not very efficient or pleasant, several items were empty, coffee and main entree's.
