“comfortable beds, very clean hotel, breakfast was good. Upon arrival later in the evening after a long day of driving, there was a sign on the desk stating they would be right back. I waited about 5 to 10 minutes for someone to show up. I don't have a problem with that, however, when they did, it was two staff members that had been off together when one of them could have stayed at the desk. Otherwise a great stay!”

“Though it's not the Hilton it is a very clean and practical motel. Drive right up to your room. Makes for easy unloading of your luggage. No long walks from the parking lot down a corridor to your room. Everything you need for an overnight stay. Great place to stay if you're going to the Knoxville Speedway. Just a short 30 minute drive. Refrigerator, microwave, flat screen TV, soap and shampoo. I highly recommend and we'll stay there again.”

“It was great that they changed booking to ground floor since Im disabled. The parking and location was ideal. However... the beds were so tall I couldnt get on or off without husbands help and I am 5'8"! And the bedspred was so rough, it actually burned my elbow when I moved. My elbow was much smoother though. It was not a handicapped unit but we didnt ask for one. The bathroom didnt accomodate my walker. So hisband had to help again. Duty clerk said booking was for a standard not an accessible room. Stated they had already booked the accessible room for another lady. “Pros: the AC worked great and the location was convenient to our event. The bed was somewhat comfortable. Larger more apartment sized refrigerator. Cons: shower head is only 5'7" up the wall which is inconvenient for a taller guest. No coffee maker in the room, which is a standard amenity in hotels. We hardly seen employees and our check in was less than personable. The security features on the door were broken off the inside of the door. You have to wall down the hall to get a 4 oz cup of……
