Due to problems with the German train system, we had to stop in Bologna for the night. We arrived at 1:50 am. The man who came to the door was so polite and considerate. The lobby was spotless, check-in was simple, the room was smartly designed, plenty of towels and amenities in the bathroom, and the shower was fabulous. Breakfast the next morning was good, would have been great if the coffee had been hot. The called us a taxi to take us to the train station—there in 10 minutes. They were just some of the nicest people after one of our worst travel days ever.

The staff was extremely helpful. The breakfast was excellent. The location was perfect for sightseeing. Our room was clean and comfortable. There are a lot of steps and no elevator, but we knew that in advance.

I am glad it was one of the newer hotels especially in light of the heat wave during my stay. The airconditioning was strong. While breakfast didn't have variety day to day, it was good and offered broad choices. Staff was very helpful on a wide range of inquiries and requests. Great location too across the Bologna Centrale Station

This staff at this hotel are exceptional. From check in through check out, they were helpful, friendly and very professional. Our room (upgraded) was super comfortable and well appointed, and breakfast buffet was excellent. I am looking forward to staying here again the next time we are in Bologna.
